An initial consultation is free of charge; however they do ask that you are serious about considering a property purchase. If you go on to buy, we generally take our fees from the developer.

By applying strict criteria in our analysis of individual countries, and then even stricter criteria when searching for properties, they are able to make recommendations that will benefit you.

They are able to offer a global perspective as well as individual country and local expertise. They are constantly monitoring trends and activity on the global level. In each country, they then work with experts based in that country. They have detailed knowledge of their own ‘patch’, and are able to liaise with the best developers in order to deliver a very select number of opportunities.
